What’s ’s Nwbetter Return/Exchange Policy?
- Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.
- Return shipping fees are at customer's own expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Thank you!
- We do not accept returned package without notifying us upfront.
- We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
- The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size,color and fabric on our page.
- Nwbetter.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the Local Postal Service directly.
- Please make sure your address is correct (Please write your complete address includes Apt# Street City and State.The loss caused by incomplete address or incorrect address will be covered by customers) and updated before your package is shipped. Once shipped you'll be responsible to contact the shipping company to make changes to your order.
- For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your mobile number and recheck the address during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by unavailable mobile/address cannot be compensated.
If the product is defective or low quality, please kindly let us know. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. What if my package was refused or undeliverable?
- Please confirm you enter correct and detail shipping address while ordering to avoid undeliverable situation. Costs caused by your moving (after shipping) will be covered by customer.
- We offer resend as soon as the pervious order returned.
Your billing and mailing address had better be a complete match. If it's not a complete match you may be asked to verify your order. Fraudulent transactions will be cancelled.
For orders that have been cancelled but not yet shipped, we will provide a partial refund after charging a 6%-10% cancellation fee.
This fee is a cancellation fee that we need to pay to the credit card company for cancelling the order.
We will not accept cancellation requests if the order has already shipped..
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-nwbetter items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
3. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
